These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Land Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website landservices.us ("Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

Land Services, LLC offers professional land surveying, drone services, and mapping solutions. Our services may include site evaluations, aerial imaging, LiDAR scanning, boundary surveys, and related land analysis services.

2. Eligibility

There are no specific eligibility requirements for using our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

  • We accept standard payment methods such as Checks and Invoices.
  • Payment must be received in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancellations must be requested prior to the commencement of work. 
  • Partial Services rendered prior to cancellation will be billed to customer at appropriate rates.
  • Cancellations must be acknowledged and signed by both parties.  (Customer and Land Services, LLC).  

5. Service Delivery & Customer Responsibilities

  • The method of service delivery will depend on the specific service purchased (e.g., digital reports, aerial imagery, or physical documentation).
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate site information, legal permissions for drone flights, and access to necessary areas.
  • If a customer fails to provide the required access or permissions, additional fees or service delays may apply.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All survey reports, drone images, and LiDAR data remain the sole property of Land Services, LLC.
  • Customers may use purchased data for personal or business purposes, but reselling or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
  • Customers may not use our services or data for any illegal activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Land Services, LLC provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for external factors affecting service quality, including weather conditions, third-party delays, or inaccuracies caused by customer-supplied data.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Land Services, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Services.

8. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

  • All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the state of Nebraska.
  • By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to file a lawsuit against Land Services, LLC.
  • You may not participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

9. Termination of Services

  • Land Services, LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend Services at any time if a user violates these Terms.
  • Customers who misuse services, fail to comply with agreements, or engage in fraudulent activities may have their access revoked.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
